DEPOSIT/PAYMENT and
CANCELLATION POLICIES

Deposit - The Lodge and Ranch at Chama requires a 50% advance deposit to confirm your reservation. This deposit is due within 7 days of booking, and you will receive a written confirmation of your reservation upon its receipt.

Payment - The balance of your account, along with any additional charges, is due and payable upon your departure from the Lodge. Payment may be made in cash, by personal or business checks, bank draft, travelers checks, Visa, Mastercard or Discover.

Guests are obliged to make full payment for all confirmed reservations, despite no-shows, early departures, and/or any unused portion of a reservation.

Cancellation - Your full deposit will be refunded if a suitable replacement can be found for your reservation. Obviously, the sooner we are notified of a cancellation, the more likely a substitute can be found.
