DEPOSIT
The Lodge and Ranch at Chama requires a 50% advance deposit to confirm your
reservation. This deposit is due within 7 days of booking and you will receive a written
“Confirmation of Reservation” upon receipt. Your reservation will be cancelled if your
deposit is not received within 7 days.
PAYMENT
The balance of your account is due and payable prior to your departure. Payments may
be made in cash, by personal or business checks, bank draft, Visa, MasterCard,
Discover or American Express. Guests are obliged to make full payment for all
confirmed reservations, despite no-shows, early departures, and/or any unused portion
of the reservation.
Hunt Payment: The balance of your account is due and payable by August 15th. Any
additional charges incurred during your stay are due and payable prior to your
departure.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation / Refund Policy: In the event of cancellation your full deposit amount will be
refunded ONLY if a suitable replacement for your reservation is found. No Rollovers!

Car rentals are available at these locations. We do not offer any airport pickups.
